Its inhabitants have lived in fear of foreign corporations since they took over the surface decades ago. These powerful syndicates do not negotiate while they exploit the shattered landscapes. Instead, using massive machines called "Terra-Dredges," they trample over anyone's claims in the lands...over and over again. It is a sobering reminder that "Lucky 13" could be next.
